Stratic Systems Software

Stratic Systems develops engineering intelligence, organizational memory, operational workflow, CAD-connected, and field-aware software systems. These tools are intended to assist with knowledge preservation, workflow visibility, structured data, and operational context.

Organizational Memory and AI-Assisted Outputs

Recommendations, summaries, extracted entities, classifications, AI-assisted insights, workflow suggestions, alerts, and similar outputs are provided for informational and assistance purposes only.

Users and organizations remain responsible for reviewing, validating, approving, and applying information before relying on it for engineering, operational, financial, safety, legal, or business decisions.

No Professional Engineering Services

Unless separately agreed in writing, Stratic Systems software, dashboards, workflows, reports, recommendations, and platform tools do not provide stamped engineering, architectural, legal, financial, safety, or compliance certification services.

Customer Ownership of Data

Customers retain ownership of their files, drawings, documents, records, engineering information, organizational knowledge, operational data, and related content.

Use of Stratic software does not transfer ownership of customer intellectual property to Stratic Systems LLC unless separately agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that information entered into, processed by, or synchronized through Stratic Systems software is accurate, authorized, lawful, and appropriate for the intended use.

Accounts and Access

Platform accounts may be limited, revoked, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time during development, testing, beta, pilot, or early access use. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

Client Pilot Environments

Some areas may support client-specific pilot environments. These environments are provided by Stratic Systems software for testing, workflow improvement, intake, evaluation, or early implementation purposes.

Use of a pilot environment does not imply partnership, ownership, employment, agency, exclusivity, or joint venture unless separately agreed in writing.

Limitation of Use

Users should not submit passwords, regulated data, medical information, export-controlled data, customer-sensitive content, confidential materials, or legally restricted information unless an appropriate written agreement and approved deployment model are in place.

No Guarantee of Results

While Stratic Systems is designed to improve knowledge preservation, workflow visibility, organizational continuity, and operational context, no software can guarantee complete accuracy, completeness, uptime, prevention of data loss, prevention of mistakes, or specific business outcomes.

Third-Party Services

Stratic Systems may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, storage, communication, email delivery, analytics, security, and other platform functions. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Changes to These Terms

Stratic Systems may update these terms as products, services, platform capabilities, and business requirements evolve. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date shown above.
