This website and related platform areas are provided by Stratic Systems LLC for informational, development, early-access, software-evaluation, support, and platform-access purposes. By using the site or related services, you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly.

Stratic Systems Software

Stratic Systems develops engineering-intelligence, CAD-connected, workflow-automation, systems-integration, and related software. These tools may support physical understanding, engineering guidance, training, validation, data movement, process improvement, and AI-assisted workflows.

AI-Assisted and Engineering Outputs

Recommendations, summaries, classifications, extracted entities, geometric interpretations, workflow suggestions, alerts, generated content, and similar outputs may be produced or assisted by software and artificial-intelligence systems.

Users and organizations remain responsible for reviewing, validating, approving, and applying information before relying on it for engineering, operational, financial, safety, legal, compliance, or business decisions.

Human Review and Responsibility

Stratic Systems tools are designed to assist people and improve engineering workflows, not to transfer professional responsibility to software. Users remain responsible for decisions, approvals, configuration, implementation, and the safe use of outputs in their environment.

No Professional Engineering Services

Unless separately agreed in writing, Stratic Systems software, dashboards, workflows, reports, recommendations, and platform tools do not provide stamped engineering, architectural, legal, financial, safety, or compliance certification services.

Customer Ownership of Data

Customers retain ownership of their files, drawings, documents, records, engineering information, operational data, and related content. Use of Stratic Systems software does not transfer ownership of customer intellectual property to Stratic Systems LLC unless separately agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that information entered into, processed by, synchronized through, or connected to Stratic Systems software is accurate, authorized, lawful, and appropriate for the intended use.

Third-Party Systems and Integrations

Stratic Systems software may connect to or rely on third-party CAD, project-management, manufacturing, business, authentication, cloud, storage, communication, analytics, or other services. Those services remain subject to their own availability, terms, policies, permissions, APIs, and technical limitations.

Accounts and Access

Platform accounts, licenses, previews, pilots, and early-access capabilities may be limited, modified, suspended, revoked, or discontinued during development or evaluation. Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and access tokens assigned to them.

Pilot and Development Environments

Some software or platform areas may be provided for testing, pilot use, workflow improvement, evaluation, or early implementation. Features, interfaces, data models, and availability may change as development continues.

Participation in a pilot or evaluation does not imply partnership, ownership, employment, agency, exclusivity, or joint venture unless separately agreed in writing.

Sensitive and Restricted Information

Users should not submit passwords, regulated data, medical information, export-controlled data, customer-sensitive content, confidential engineering materials, or legally restricted information unless an appropriate written agreement and approved deployment or transfer process are in place.

Security

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disruption, abuse, circumvention of access controls, or testing against systems they do not own or have explicit permission to assess. Good-faith security concerns or vulnerability reports related to Stratic Systems may be sent to security@Stratic.pro. Additional security and disclosure guidance may be published separately.

No Guarantee of Results

While Stratic Systems is designed to improve engineering understanding, workflow consistency, integration, automation, and access to useful context, no software can guarantee complete accuracy, completeness, uptime, prevention of data loss, prevention of mistakes, or specific engineering or business outcomes.

Changes to These Terms

Stratic Systems may update these terms as products, services, platform capabilities, security practices, and business requirements evolve. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date shown above.
