Stratic Systems LLC develops engineering intelligence, organizational memory, and operational software for manufacturing, engineering, field operations, and industrial environments. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through our website, platform, early access environments, and related services.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information, contact details, organization information, early access requests, form submissions, device status information, event metadata, platform activity, and basic usage data needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the platform.

Customer Files, Drawings, and Private Knowledge

Stratic is designed around a local-first and privacy-conscious architecture. Customer drawings, CAD files, proprietary geometry, financial records, private documents, local DEP memory, extraction results, and operational evidence are not uploaded to Stratic Cloud by default.

Future synchronization features are intended to use approved structured events, metadata, status information, and customer-controlled sync settings unless a customer explicitly authorizes otherwise.

DEP and Local Data

DEP, the Deterministic Extraction Protocol, is intended to support local or private deployments where sensitive customer knowledge can remain inside the customer environment. This may include air-gapped, private server, or restricted-network deployments depending on customer requirements.

Cloud Metadata and Platform Services

Stratic Cloud may process approved metadata, organization records, account access information, sync status, system health events, dashboard information, device registration concepts, and non-sensitive learning signals used to support platform operation and product improvement.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide access, manage organizations, operate dashboards, process requests, improve software, support early access planning, monitor system health, maintain security, communicate with users, and support organizations that request contact or service.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, databases, storage, email delivery, forms, analytics, security, and communication. These services are used to operate the platform, website, and related services.

Customer Control

Stratic is being designed so customers can control what information remains local and what information is approved for cloud synchronization. Sensitive engineering files and private organizational knowledge should not be required to leave the customer environment for DEP to function.

We may update this policy as Stratic Systems products, services, and platform capabilities evolve. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date shown above.
