Stratic Systems LLC develops engineering software, applied AI capabilities, and integrations for engineering workflows. This policy explains how we handle information associated with our website, accounts, applications, support, early-access programs, and related services.

Depending on the service, we may collect contact details, account and organization information, authentication and access records, support requests, device or application status, product usage events, integration metadata, configuration data, and other information needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Stratic services.

Engineering and Customer Data

Stratic products may interact with CAD data, engineering records, project information, manufacturing or business-system data, and other customer-controlled information. The data handled by a specific product depends on that product's documented workflow, configuration, permissions, and deployment model.

We do not claim that every Stratic capability uses the same storage or processing model. Where local processing, customer-controlled storage, or limited synchronization is available, those boundaries should be documented for the applicable product or integration.

Integrations and Permissions

Connected services may require access to third-party platforms such as CAD, project, manufacturing, cloud, or business systems. Stratic intends to request and use only the permissions required for the enabled workflow and to keep integration behavior visible and reviewable where practical.

How We Use Information

We may use information to authenticate users, operate software, provide requested integrations, manage organizations and access, deliver support, maintain security, diagnose failures, improve products, communicate about services, and satisfy legal or contractual obligations.

AI-Assisted Features

Some Stratic capabilities may use AI models or AI-assisted processing. The data sent to an AI service, if any, depends on the enabled capability and its configuration. Sensitive or proprietary information should not be submitted to an AI-enabled workflow unless the organization has approved that use and the applicable data path is understood.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, storage, email, analytics, security, communication, software distribution, and other platform functions. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services and may be governed by their own privacy terms.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the systems we operate, but no software or network can guarantee absolute security. Security concerns or responsible vulnerability reports may be sent to security@Stratic.pro.

Data Requests

Privacy questions or data-related requests may be sent to privacy@Stratic.pro. We may need to verify identity, authorization, or organizational ownership before acting on a request involving account or customer information.

We may update this policy as Stratic products, integrations, infrastructure, and business requirements evolve. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date.
