Beta and Early Access Terms

Development Status

Stratic Systems products, platform components, connectors, dashboards, APIs, DEP features, CADSync workflows, STX interfaces, and related services may be in prototype, beta, pilot, preview, or early access status.

Features may change, break, be removed, be replaced, or become unavailable as the system develops.

Evaluation Purpose

Beta and early access environments are intended for evaluation, feedback, workflow testing, discovery, development planning, and early implementation review.

Beta systems should not be relied on as the sole system for production-critical decisions, engineering validation, safety review, compliance, financial decisions, or operational control unless separately approved in writing.

Data Boundaries

During beta or early access use, customers and testers should avoid submitting sensitive customer files, regulated content, confidential drawings, proprietary CAD geometry, financial records, production-critical documents, or restricted data unless a written agreement clearly defines the handling of that information.

Stratic Systems is being designed around local-first knowledge preservation, customer-controlled synchronization, and clear boundaries between private organizational knowledge and approved cloud metadata.

DEP and Private Knowledge

DEP, the Deterministic Extraction Protocol, may support local, private server, restricted-network, or air-gapped deployment models depending on the product stage, customer requirements, license tier, and written agreement.

Local DEP memory, extraction results, lessons learned, organizational rules, manual overrides, and customer-specific knowledge should be treated as customer-controlled information unless otherwise agreed in writing.

STX Cloud and Metadata

STX Cloud and related platform services may use approved metadata, system health events, sync status, correction categories, rule usage patterns, dashboard information, and other non-sensitive signals to support platform operation, visibility, coordination, and product improvement.

Private CAD files, customer drawings, proprietary documents, financial records, and customer-controlled organizational knowledge are not intended to be required for cloud operation unless explicitly authorized by the customer or governed by a separate written agreement.

AI-Assisted Features

Beta products may include AI-assisted summaries, classifications, extracted entities, recommendations, knowledge retrieval, pattern detection, or workflow suggestions.

These features are experimental and are intended to assist users. Users remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving outputs before using them for engineering, operational, safety, legal, financial, or business decisions.

Feedback

Feedback, suggestions, bug reports, workflow ideas, product requests, usability comments, and feature recommendations may be used by Stratic Systems to improve products and services.

Feedback does not transfer ownership of customer files, drawings, private records, confidential business information, or customer-controlled organizational knowledge to Stratic Systems LLC.

Availability

Beta services may be unavailable, reset, limited, modified, discontinued, or suspended during development. Stratic Systems may suspend or end beta access at any time.

No Guarantee of Results

Beta and early access products are provided for evaluation and improvement. Stratic Systems does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, completeness, data preservation, workflow results, business outcomes, or prevention of operational mistakes during beta use.

Human-Centered Purpose

Stratic Systems is being developed to preserve organizational knowledge, improve continuity, strengthen decision-making, and empower people through better access to information and organizational memory.
